In order to meet the growth needs of some of our clients and to facilitate Successful Ownership Transfer Strategies, Navigator Associates will help arrange acquisition and mezzanine financing to move the right transaction forward. We source equity financing as well as convertible debt with an eye focused on strategic investors. Focus is typically on the short-term and intermediary financial needs of the business keeping in mind the anticipation of a near term (6-24 months) liquidity event involving divestiture, merger or acquisition.  Navigator Associates reviews the financial structural needs of the business (balance of debt and equity) as well as tax and estate planning needs when appropriate.
